DESCRIPTION
The color is intense pink and the nose is fruity with floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a sharp
acidity and a long finish.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Vignole In Rosa is made with hand-picked Sangiovese and Merlot grapes and vinified in early September, with
temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. After a period of sedimentation, the wines are blended and,
once ready, bottled in March.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Vignole In Rosa can be served with aperitifs, fish dishes, and oriental specialties.
HOW TO SERVE
Uncork just before serving at a temperature of 10°C.
