DESCRIPTION
The color is intense red and the nose is fruity with notes of red berries. On the palate, it is fresh, sweet, and smooth,
with a long, persistent finish.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Vignole Redolo is made with hand-picked Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet grapes and vinified in late September,
with temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete tanks for 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wines
are blended and, once ready, bottled in July.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Vignole Redolo is a perfect pairing with grilled meats, salami and cheeses.

Uncork just before serving at a temperature of 16°C.
